The Prva Makedonska Liga 2010/11 was the 19th season of the top football league in Macedonia . The season began on July 31, 2010 and ended on May 28, 2011 with the 33rd and final round.

Champion was for the first time in the club's history the newly promoted KF Shkëndija . Defending champion FK Renova Džepčište finished third. Record champion Vardar Skopje was relegated in terms of sport, but remained in the league after a merger with FK Miravci .

Clubs of the Prva Liga 2011/12

Four teams were relegated in 2009/10. While Makedonija Skopje , FK Sloga Jugomagnat and FK Pobeda Prilep had been excluded from the league for various reasons, FK Milano Kumanovo had failed in the relegation games against FK Bregalnica Štip . Furthermore, the KF Shkëndija , the FK Skopje and the FK Napredok Kičevo rose.

    Relegation

    The ninth and tenth placed teams played in simple playoffs against the third and fourth placed teams of the second division for relegation. While FK Napredok Kičevo was able to win his game and remained in the Prva Liga. FK Skopje lost their game and had to be relegated.
