The Divizia Națională 2010/11 was the 20th season of the Moldovan top division in men's football . It started on July 24, 2010 and ended on May 22, 2011.

FC Dacia Chișinău was champion with nine points ahead of last year's winner Sheriff Tiraspol . Dacia Chișinău was already established as champions three game days before the end of the season. In the Divizia A stay of had CF Găgăuzia and FC Dinamo Bender . Since the Divizia Națională was reduced from 14 to 12 clubs, there were no promoters.
