The Divizia Națională 2020/21 is the 30th season of the Moldovan top division in men's football and should take place from March to November 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the Republic of Moldova , the season only began on July 3, 2020. The FMF Executive Committee then switched the mode back to autumn-spring. The last match day is May 22, 2021.

The defending champion is Sheriff Tiraspol .

Ten teams play against each other four times on 36 match days during the season; twice at home and twice away. The bottom of the table is relegated directly, the penultimate has to go into relegation .
