The Divizia Națională 2014/15 was the 24th season of the Moldovan top division in men's football . It began on July 25, 2014 and ended on May 20, 2015. Since two teams from the previous season no longer participated and there was only one promoted team, the season started with only 11 teams.

The defending champion was Sheriff Tiraspol .

Two clubs stopped participating during the season. On November 20, 2014, FC Costuleni reported , followed by FC Veris on December 5, 2014 . The football association canceled their results.
