The Prva Makedonska Liga 2014/15 is the 23rd season of the Macedonian top division in men's football . It began on August 2, 2014 and ended on May 27, 2015. The defending champion was Rabotnički Skopje .

Since this season only 10 teams have participated. In contrast to previous seasons, the season was carried out in a two-stage format. Each team competed against each other three times in regular time.
After 27 matchdays, the first six clubs play in a single round for the championship, the last four in a double round against relegation. The last two clubs are relegated directly, the third from last had to be relegated to the third in the Vtora Liga.
