The Prva Makedonska Liga 1998/99 was the seventh season of the highest football league in North Macedonia . The season began on August 9, 1998 and ended on May 29, 1999. Sloga won its first championship. Defending champion Sileks Kratovo lost the championship lead due to the defeat on the last match day at Pobeda Prilep and had to give Sloga the championship title.
