Sileks Kratovo is a North Macedonian football club that was founded in 1965 as FK Sileks Kratovo and currently plays in the Prva Makedonska Liga . The club colors are blue-red.

The club plays its home games in the 3,000-seat Sileks Stadium . The greatest successes of the club were the three championships in the years 1996 to 1998 and two cup wins, which were achieved in 1994 and 1997.
