The Prva Makedonska Liga 2015/16 was the 24th season of the Macedonian top division in men's football . It started on August 9, 2015 and ended on May 19, 2016. The defending champion was Vardar Skopje .

mode

The season was conducted in a two-tier format. Each of the ten teams competed against each other three times in regular time.

After 27 matchdays, the first six clubs play in a single round for the championship, the last four in a double round against relegation. The last two clubs are relegated directly, the third from last had to be relegated to the third in the Vtora Liga.
