The 2015/16 Synot League was the 23rd season of the top Czech division in men's football . As in the 2014/15 season, the league carried the name of the Synot company , which is active in the fields of lottery, sports betting, IT services, security services and tourism, among other things.

The season began on July 24, 2015 and ended on May 14, 2016. From December 7, 2015 to February 11, 2016, it was interrupted by the winter break.

The top two of the season took part in qualifying for the 2016/17 UEFA Champions League according to the UEFA five-year ranking. The teams in third and fourth took part in qualifying for the 2016/17 UEFA Europa League .

After the 2014/15 season, the two newly promoted FC Hradec Králové and Dynamo Budweis had to relegate from the Synot League . They were replaced by the winner of the Fotbalová národní liga 2014/15 , SK Sigma Olmütz and the third-placed team from the past second division season, FC Fastav Zlín . The runner-up, FK Varnsdorf , had renounced promotion.
