The Premjer-Liha 2015/16 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ) was the 25th season of the highest Ukrainian league in football and the eighth edition under this name (previously: Wyschtscha Liha, German Supreme League). The season started on July 17, 2015 and ended on May 15, 2016.

The defending champion was Dynamo Kiev .

Metalurh Donetsk announced his withdrawal from the league on July 11, 2015. The free place went to Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk , the runner-up of the Perscha Liha . The association expressed the desire to merge with Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk, which subsequently happened. The two clubs played as Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk , since the city was renamed as Stal Kamjanske as part of the decommunization in Ukraine .
