The Premjer-Liha 2020/21 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ; after the sponsor also Favbet League ) is the 30th season of the highest Ukrainian league in football and the thirteenth edition under this name (previously: Wyschtscha Liha, German Supreme League ). It opened on August 21, 2020 and is expected to end on May 15, 2021. Fourteen teams take part in the competition.

The defending champion is Shakhtar Donetsk .

All fourteen teams play against each other twice (a total of 26 games per team) to determine the champion and the participants in the European Cup and a relegated team.

Changes compared to the 2019/20 season

• The field of participants was increased from 12 to 14 teams.
• For the following season, 16 teams are to take part in the game, which is why only the bottom of the table is relegated.
• The completion of the championship and relegation rounds has been canceled.
