Mynaj ( Ukrainian Минай ; Russian Минай Minaj , Slovak and Hungarian Minaj ) is a village in the west of the Ukrainian Zakarpattia Oblast with around 3000 inhabitants (2001).

Mynaj is a suburb of Rajon- and Oblastzentrum Uzhhorod , on the southern outskirts it borders. Administratively, however, the village belongs to the district council of the 4 km south lying village of Cholmok ( Холмок ) in the west of Uzhhorod district . The border with the EU member state Slovakia is 4 km west of the village.

In 2016, as part of the decommunization in Ukraine , all street names that recalled communist rule were renamed. The Oktober-Platz, the central square of the town, was named after the American artist Andy Warhol , whose ancestors came from the near northeast of today's Slovakia.

The M 06 / E 573 trunk road runs south of Mynaj .
