The Premjer-Liha 2012/13 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ) was the 22nd season of the highest Ukrainian league in football and the fifth edition under this name (previously: Wyschtscha Liha, German Supreme League). The season started on July 13, 2012 and ended on May 26, 2013.

Sixteen teams played against each other twice over a total of 30 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The defending champion Shakhtar Donetsk was able to secure the title again on matchday 26. Henrich Mchitarjan, who was the record scorer with 25 goals, had the largest share.

Krywbas Krywyj Rih was refused the license due to financial difficulties and expelled from the Premjer-Liha. The teams in the last two places, however, did not have to relegate.
