The Premjer-Liha 2018/19 ( Ukrainian Прем'єр-ліга ) was the 28th season of the highest Ukrainian league in football and the eleventh edition under this name (previously: Wyschtscha Liha, German Supreme League ). Twelve teams took part in the competition.

As in the previous year, the defending champion was Shakhtar Donetsk , who was able to defend his title again.

mode

After an initial phase of the season with home and away games, in which all twelve teams were involved (a total of 22 games), the first six teams in the table played for the title in a championship group, while the remaining six teams fought relegation in a relegation group.
