The Belarusian Premier League in 2019 was the 29th season of the highest Belarusian league in men's soccer . It started on March 29, 2019 and ended on December 1, 2019.

The champions were FK Dinamo Brest five points ahead of defending champion BATE Baryssau . The newcomers were FK Slavija-Masyr and FK Energetik-BGU Minsk. Before the start of the season, FC Lutsch Minsk had merged with Dnjapro Mahiljou. Accordingly, Djanpro Mahiljou remained first division.
