The Wyschejschaja Liha 2010 was the 20th season of the highest Belarusian league in men's football . It started on April 3, 2010 and ended on November 20, 2010.

Defending champion BATE Baryssau won his fifth championship in a row before the runner-up FK Shachzjor Salihorsk .
