The Veikkausliiga 2010 was the 21st season of the top Finnish division in men's football under this name and the 80th season since its introduction in 1930. The season started on April 16 with the game Kuopion PS against the reigning champions HJK Helsinki and ended on October 30, 2010 with the 2nd relegation game.
As in the previous year, HJK Helsinki was able to secure the championship early.

The 14 teams played against each other twice on a total of 26 match days, divided into a first and a second round. The bottom of the table was relegated directly, the penultimate had to be relegated.
