The Veikkausliiga 1993 was the fourth season of the Finnish top division in men's football under that name and the 63rd season since its inception in 1930.
FC Jazz Pori, which has been playing first class since 1991, managed to win the Finnish championship for the first time. The club from Satakunta had at the end of the championship round four points ahead of Myllykosken Pallo -47 .

Championship round
The best eight teams in the main round played against each other once again. FC Jazz Pori was able to maintain the lead and thus became Finnish football champions in 1993.

Relegation round
The four worst teams of the Veikkausliiga and the four best teams of the I divisioona (marked with *) took part in the relegation round. Since the Veikkausliiga was to start with 14 instead of 12 teams in the 1994 season, the first six of the relegation round qualified for the 1994 Veikkausliiga season.
