The Veikkausliiga 1994 was the fifth season of the Finnish top division in men's football under this name and the 64th season since its introduction in 1930. It began on April 24 and ended on October 8.

The league was increased to 14 teams. Champion was Tampereen Pallo-Veikot. The previous sixth had only risen two years ago. The lead over Myllykoski was two points in the final table. The two newly promoted FC Oulu and Kuopion PS were relegated again.
