The Veikkausliiga 1991 was the second season of the Finnish top division in men's football under this name and the 61st season since its introduction in 1930. It began on April 21 and ended on October 20.
Kuusysi Lahti became the master . Last year's runner-up was one point ahead of Mikkelin Palloilijat at the end of the season .
