The Veikkausliiga 2003 was the 14th season of the Finnish top division in men's football under this name and the 73rd season since its introduction in 1930. It began on May 15 and ended on October 25, 2003.
Defending champion and record champion at the same time became HJK Helsinki . After pursuers Haka Valkeakoski suffered a 0-1 home defeat against Inter Turku on the penultimate match day, the 21st championship title was perfect for the capital city club.
