The Prva liga Srbije i Crne Gore 2002/03 was the eleventh season of the highest Serbian-Montenegrin league. It was the first season after the renaming of the country BR Yugoslavia and in the course of this also the Liga Prva liga SR Jugoslavije . The game was played from August 8, 2002 to May 24, 2003.
