The FK Zemun ( Serbian - Cyrillic ФК Земун ) is a Serbian football club from the Belgrade district of Zemun .

history

The club was founded in 1946 as Jedinstvo Zemun. In 1969 the two clubs Sremac Zemun and Sparta Zemun were merged in Galenika Zemun . In 1986 the club was renamed FK Zemun. The game is played in the Gradski stadium in Zemun , which can seat around 10,000 spectators. The club played in the 2006/07 season in the super league and was relegated from bottom of the table directly to the Prva liga . In 2011 he was relegated to the third-class Srpska liga Beograd . In 2015 he returned to the 2nd division with the championship victory.

The Gradski stadium Zemun ("Städtisches Stadion Zemun") is the home stadium of the club, which was built on September 29, 1962 and has a capacity of 10,000 seats.
