mode

In contrast to the previous season, the season was carried out in a two-stage format. The 20 clubs started in two groups of 10 teams each.

In the autumn season, the first ten teams from last season played in Group A, while the teams from positions eleven to seventeen of the previous season, as well as the three promoted teams, competed in Group B. Each team played against each other twice in a round trip. The teams received bonus points depending on their position in the table and the number of points.

In the spring season, the last four teams in Group A were replaced by the best four in Group B. These played out the champions in the championship round in a round trip. In the relegation round, the other ten clubs fought against relegation.
