Super League 2002

The 2003 Super League was the 12th season of the highest Kazakh division in men's football . The season began on April 12, 2003 and ended on November 3, 2003. Ertis Pavlodar was able to successfully defend the title.

mode

Kaspij Aqtau withdrew before the start of the season. The 17 teams played against each other twice during the season; once at home and once away. So each team played 32 games.

The best clubs in the First League , Ordabassy Shymkent , Schetissu Taldyqorghan , FK Taras , Ekibastusez Ekibastus and Batys Uralsk had been promoted to the Superliga. Irtysh Pavlodar started the season as defending champion . The last two clubs were relegated directly, the third and fourth from last had to fight relegation against relegation.

Due to the lack of UEFA regulations governing stadiums in the country, none of the teams took part in European competitions.
