The Premjer League 2010 was the 19th season of the highest Kazakh league in men's football . It began on March 2, 2010 and ended on November 6, 2010. The defending champion was FK Aqtöbe .

The league was reduced to twelve clubs. In contrast to previous seasons, the season was carried out in a two-stage format. Each team competed against each other twice in regular time; once at home and once away. After this phase, the six best teams qualified for the championship round, the bottom six played two relegated teams in the relegation round.
