The A Lyga 2010 was the 21st season of the highest Lithuanian league in men's football. It began on March 20, 2010 and ended on November 14, 2010. The 2010 defending club Ekranas Panevėžys was able to win the Lithuanian championship for the sixth time.

1Newcomer Žalgiris Vilnius has not acquired a license for the UEFA Europa League. Therefore, the fourth Tauras Tauragė started in the Europa League.
