The Primera Divisió 2009/10 was the 15th season of the highest Andorran division in men's football. It began on September 20 with the 1st matchday of the preliminary round and ended on March 28, 2010 with the 6th matchday, the total of the 20th matchday, the championship round or the relegation round.
At the winter break, FC Santa Coloma led the table after half of the season without defeat. On the relegation place was UE Engordany , on the relegation place the Inter Club d'Escaldes . In the championship round, FC Santa Coloma remained without defeat and secured the title from city rivals UE Santa Coloma . In the relegation round, FC Encamp ended the season on the relegation place before relegation UE Engordany.
First, all teams played two games against each other, one at home and one away. Each club had played 14 games. Then a championship and a relegation round were played: The first four teams of the regular season played the champions among themselves in the same way as in the preliminary round, in the same way the last four teams determined the relegation and the relegation participant, so that each club still played six times. The results from the regular season have been adopted. In the end, each club had played 20 games.
The seventh place in the Primera Divisió FC Encamp played two relegation games against the second in the Segona Divisió UE Extremenya . The winner FC Encamp remained first class and the champion of the Segona Divisió Casa Estrella de Benfica rose to the first division.
