The Umaghlessi League 2009/10 was the 21st season of the Georgian top division in men's football . Olimpi Rustavi won the championship title for the second time. Defending champion Dinamo Tbilisi finished fourth.

The season started after the withdrawal of FC Mescheti Akhaltsikhe with ten clubs. These played against each other four times during the season; twice at home and twice away. So each team played 36 games. The last two clubs were relegated directly.
