The 2007/08 Umaghlessi League was the 19th season of the Georgian top division in men's football . Dinamo Tiflis won their thirteenth championship title ten points ahead of WIT Georgia Tiflis . Defending champion Olimpi Rustavi took fourth place.

The 14 clubs played against each other twice during the season; once at home and once away. So each team played 26 games. The last three clubs were relegated, the fourth from last had to play a relegation match against the second in the Pirveli League.

Torpedo Kutaisi and Tschichura Satschchere withdrew before the season for financial reasons. Their league places were replaced by FC Dila Gori (athletic relegated last season) and FC Spartaki Tskhinvali (withdrawn in 2005/06).
