The Premijer Liga 2007/08 , which is also called BHT Premijer Liga according to a sponsorship agreement , was the eighth season of the Bosnian-Herzegovinian men's highest division. It began on August 4, 2007 and ended on May 31, 2008 with the 30th game day. The defending champion was FK Sarajevo . NK Travnik and FK Laktaši were newly promoted .

The champion was FK Modriča Maxima .

The 16 teams competed against each other in a total of 30 rounds. Each team played once at home and once away against each of the fifteen other teams. The champions took part in the qualification for the UEFA Champions League , the second and the cup winners competed in the UEFA Cup . The last two placed were relegated to the second highest division, the first division.
