Premijer Liga 2002/03

The Premijer Liga 2003/04 , which is also called BHT Premijer Liga according to a sponsorship agreement , was the fourth season of the highest Bosnian-Herzegovinian league in men's football . It started on September 13, 2003 and ended on May 29, 2004.

Champion was NK Široki Brijeg with 61 points.

This season, FK Glasinac Sokolac and HNK Brotnjo Čitluk had to relegate. These clubs found themselves in the 2004/05 season so in the first division RS and in the first division FBiH . As its replacement were FK Budućnost Banovići from the First League FBiH and FK Slavija Sarajevo from the First League RS .

The 16 teams competed against each other in a total of 30 rounds. Each team played once at home and once away against each of the fifteen other teams. The champions took part in the qualification for the UEFA Champions League , the second and the cup winners competed in the UEFA Cup . The last two placed were relegated to the second highest division, the first division.
