Alen Škoro (born March 30, 1981 in Sarajevo ) is a former Bosnian football player .

Škoro began his football career in Sarajevo . He played for one season for his youth club FK Sarajevo and moved to Olimpija Ljubljana in 2000 on a free transfer . A year later he was awarded abroad to Olympique Marseille , but could not convince there and was awarded to Servette Geneva . There, too, he was rarely used and so he moved back to his home country for FK Sarajevo in the 2003/04 season. From 2004 to 2007 Škoro played for the Grazer AK . From summer 2007 until the end of 2008 he was in action for the NK Rijeka . For the second half of the 2008/2009 season, Škoro moved to the Polish first division club Jagiellonia Białystok . In March 2009 he moved back to his home club FK Sarajevo. He stayed there until the summer of 2010, before joining the Mexican club Querétaro Fútbol Club . At the end of 2010, his contract was not renewed. He was without a club for a year when he joined Austria Klagenfurt in early 2012 . He ended his career at the end of the year.

Alen Škoro has made 10 appearances for the Bosnian national team .
