The 2004 Icelandic Football Championship was the 93rd season of Iceland's highest football league , and was also known as Landsbankadeild (after the sponsor Landsbanki ). The league began on May 15, 2004 and ended with the last games on September 19, 2004.
Ten teams took part in the competition, which was held in a simple round trip. FH Hafnarfjörður won the title for the first time, becoming the ninth team to win the Icelandic championship.
