The Icelandic football championship in 1937 was the 26th season of the highest Icelandic football league .

Only three teams took part in the competition, which was the lowest number of participants since 1928 . Each team met each other once. Valur Reykjavík was able to win the championship for the fifth time with the third title in a row.
