The 2007 Icelandic Football Championship was the 96th season of Iceland's highest football league , and was also known as Landsbankadeildin (after the sponsor Landsbanki ). The league began on May 12, 2007 and ended with the last games on September 29, 2007.

Valur Reykjavík won the 20th title in the club's history. Due to a league increase in the next season , only the bottom-placed team, Víkingur Reykjavík , was relegated .
