The Icelandic Football Championship in 1912 was the first season of Iceland's highest football league . It lasted from June 28, 1912 to July 2, 1912.

Only three teams took part in the competition. The title in the premiere season went to the KR Reykjavík .

The first goal of the league was scored by Pétur Jón Hoffman Magnússon .
