The Meistriliiga 2007 was the 17th season of the highest Estonian football division of men. The season began on March 10th and ended on November 13th, 2007 with the 36th matchday. The defending champion was FC Levadia Tallinn .

The championship title was secured for the fifth time in club history by FC Levadia Tallinn . As Estonian champions Levadia failed in the following 2008/09 Champions League season in qualifying at Drogheda United .

FC Kuressaare went into relegation at the end of the season and had to admit defeat to JK Nõmme Kalju after two games due to the away goals rule . FC Ajax Lasnamäe was relegated directly to the Esiliiga .
