Levadia Tallinn became champion for the fourth time in a row and for the seventh time . As Estonian champions, Levadia failed in the following 2010/11 Champions League season, as in the previous year, to Debreceni VSC .
Paide Linnameeskond went into relegation at the end of the season and secured relegation in two games against FC Valga Warrior . JK Tallinna Kalev went straight to Esiliiga .
