The Estonian football championship in 1929 was the 9th season of the highest Estonian football division for men. The championship won for the sixth time in the club history of SK Tallinna Sport . The Estonian championship was played for the first time in league format. The league consisted of six clubs, the last three of which were relegated. Tallinna JK , who started the season as defending champion , was runner-up behind SK Tallinna Sport.
