The Meistriliiga 2004 was the 14th season of the highest Estonian football division of men. The game was played from March 13th to October 31st, 2004.

FC Levadia Tallinn , who had played as FC Levadia Maardu in previous years, won the championship. As the reigning Estonian champions, Levadia failed in qualifying at Dinamo Tbilisi in the following 2005/06 Champions League season .
The old Levadia Tallinn became the second team and had to leave the Meistriliiga. JK Merkuur Tartu took over its license. In the season there was no direct relegation to the Esiliiga . FC Lootus Alutaguse went into relegation at the end of the season and had to admit defeat to Dünamo Tallinn in two games.
