The 2003/04 Premier League was the twelfth season of the Premier League hosted by the FA and the 105th first division season in English football. It started on August 16, 2003 and ended on May 15, 2004.

The champions were Arsenal FC , which won their 13th national title this season. Arsenal never lost a game, something that only Preston North End had previously achieved in the Football League's inaugural season in 1889 . In the second division, Leicester City , Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers relegated .
