The 2004 Virslīga was the 13th season of the highest Latvian football league, since it was re-established in 1992. It was hosted by the Latvian Football Association . The season started on April 4, 2004 and ended on November 17, 2004.

Skonto Riga became Latvian champions for the 13th time in a row.
