The Virslīga 1994 was the third season of the highest Latvian football league of men, since its re-establishment in 1992. It was played by the Latvian Football Association . The season began on April 17, 1994 and ended on October 28, 1994.
Defending champion Skonto Riga became Latvian champions for the third time in a row.

1 As a cup finalist in 1995, DAG Riga qualified for the European Cup Winners' Cup. After the end of the season, the club merged with FK Liepāja to DAG Liepāja. This then took part in the Cup Winners' Cup in 1995/96.
