The 2003 Virslīga was the twelfth season of the highest Latvian football division since it was founded in 1992. It was hosted by the Latvian Football Association . The season started on April 12, 2003 and ended on November 9, 2003.

Skonto Riga became Latvian champions for the twelfth time in a row.
