The Virsliga 2010 was the 19th season of the highest Latvian football -Spielklasse the men since its founding in 1992. Officially bears the league called LMT Virsliga (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons Virsliga) and the Latvian Football Federation held. The season started on April 10, 2010 and ended on November 13, 2010.
Skonto Riga became Latvian champions for the 14th time.

The ten clubs initially played against each other twice; once at home and once away. Then another nine game rounds were completed. The teams that were in the first five places after 18 games had home rights five times. Thus, each team played 27 games per season.
The table penultimate FC Tranzit should play a relegation game against FC Jūrmala, second in the 1st līga . Tranzit withdrew and the FC Jūrmala rose.
