The Virslīga 2006 was the 15th season of the highest Latvian football league of men, since its re-establishment in 1992. Officially, the league was called LMT Virslīga (Latvijas Mobilais Telefons Virslīga) and was hosted by the Latvian Football Association . The season started on April 8, 2006 and ended on November 5, 2006.

The champions became the FK Ventspils .
