FK Auda (full name: Futbola klubs Auda ) is a Latvian football club from Riga .
history
The FK Auda was in 1969 as a football team of the fishery kolkhoz 9. maijs in Vecmīlgrāvis near Riga founded. In 1991 the company changed its name to Auda , whereupon the association also adopted this name. At the same time they played for the first time a season in the highest Latvian league, which was completed as 15th of 20 teams. For the following season, the club was named after the eight-time Latvian champion Rīgas FK in RFK , but could not build on its successful tradition. After the interim relegation to the third division succeeded under the new name FK Auda 1997, the return to the 1st līga . After three unsuccessful attempts in 2002 the promotion to the Virslīga was achieved, in which they played until 2004. Since then, Auda has been back in the second division.

Stages
From its founding in 1969 to 1999, the club played its home games in Audas stadionā in Vecmīlgrāvis . From 2000 to 2005, FK Auda did not have its own stadium and played its home games in the LU Stadium ( Riga ). FK Auda has owned the 520-seat Audas stadium in Ķekava since 2005 .
