Andreas Göthel (* 1958 ) is a former German biathlete .

Andreas Göthel started for Dynamo Zinnwald . He came in 1982 at the Biathlon World Championships in Minsk in both individual and sprint use and was eighth and twelfth. Nevertheless, he was not appointed to the winning squadron of the GDR. At the GDR championships in 1979 he won a bronze medal in singles for the first time, and in 1980 with the relay. In 1981 he was able to win silver both individually and with the relay of Dynamo Zinnwald. This was followed in 1982 in Zinnwald again with a bronze medal. He won his only title in the 1983 relay race , and was also third over 20 kilometers. In January 1982 he won an individual World Cup race in Antholz .
