UEFA Intertoto Cup 2004

The finals of the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2004 were won by OSC Lille , FC Schalke 04 and FC Villarreal . These teams were thus able to qualify for the 2004/05 UEFA Cup .

The first legs took place on 19./20. June, the second leg on 26./27. June 2004.
